Creating a mail server.

I plan on running a mail server that will serve about 100 people. At first, I thought 5MB per person would be enough storage space. However, most of the users will probably be sending attachments like images, large documents, etc. What would be a good Inbox size for each user?

I would think that 100M would be enough for everyone, just tell them to delete stuff off the server when their done with it
