cpu management in opensuse 12.1 linux cluster

Dear friends:
I setup a linux cluster for parallel computation with opensuse 12.1.
Could you please tell me how to perform the resouce management. for example: define the maxium number of cpu a client can use. and define the maxium disk space a client can use.

The virtual machine software can control CPU and disk resource per client. If it can install it to the cluster and then you will get what you want.
