cPanel/WHM Network Server Issue

Hi,

Im running a cPanel/WHM server on CENTOS 4.6 (final)

When i boot-up the server, Everything seems to be working fine. 10 minutes (or less) into the server operating i notice that my network connection is not responding, i cannot access cPanel/WHM nor any websites associated with it. During this time i have tried pinging www.google.com and get the following response below.

ping: unknown host www.google.com

I have all firewalls disabled and SELINUX disabled also.

So i am guessing that im having a network issue. I dont really have much experiance in linux networking at all, but can do the basics.

If you need more information to see what the issue could be, Please let me know.
