Correct FA311 PCI card driver

I just downloaded a driver from Netgear for the fa311, and wanted to know whether it makes a difference whether i use natsemi or this downloaded driver, fa311.

From what I have searched in the forums, it sounds like they are interchangeable, but I wanted to make sure.

If I should use the fa311 driver, then is the redhat7.0 driver compatible with my MDK8.0?

Nope, RH 7.0 shipped with 2.2.16 as its default kernel. Mandrake 8.0 uses 2.4.3 I think... regardless, they're of completely different kernel series. The module for the card under Mandrake should still be natsemi.o, so there's no big difference. The fa311.c source provided by Netgear should still compile too if you want to use that instead.

Cheers,
