Question Connection lost after suspend to disk

I am using SUSE 12.2 and for some time I have been losing my network connection after suspending to disk. I can regain it by running Network Settings in Yast and resetting the parameters. Is there something I can do to prevent this?

You can't "prevent" it from happening (after all hibernating / suspending is your choice) but depending on what software you use you should be able to run ACPI-related scripts when the machine powers on again. Check /etc/suspend* /etc/acpi*, /etc/pm* and other such related files or directories?
