connecting two computers.

I want my slackware to use wireless connection for internet and wired connection for home network (i need to transfer huge files over the network and 11b or 11g is not fast enough for this job). 4 computers are connected to a router (no internet connection).
My problem is that the computers aren't using wireless NIC for internet once I connect them to a router.
How do I tell my computers (both linux and windows) to use wireless only for internet and wired only for file sharing between computers?
Thanks in advance.

The command "route" will help you. You can specify route to hosts throught interfaces (eth0, wlan0, etc...).
