I have a problem with the configuration of Switch DGS-3324SR. I have it physically connected to the port on a computer with Ubuntu by RS`a. I do not know how to connect to it to upload the new firmware. Probably the terminal should enter the command, but do not know what. Please help.
I have not played with this particular managed switch but below is a link with instructions to upgrade the firmware.
minicom is similar to windows Hyperterminal. Do you have a serial port or usb serial adapter on your computer?
