Connecting to Netgear Print Server

I just entered the world of Linux today, installing Mandrake 9.1. All my hardware was recognized just fine, even my USB ethernet adapter! I'm connected to the internet, but I can't get my system to find my printer which is connected to my Windows network via a Netgear PS111W print server. Any suggestions?

Man its been so long since I've setup a Linux Printer from a Gayblowz box.

Try google for a easy faq. :)
