Connecting to BTInternet?

Has anyone managed to connect to BT Internet using Mandrake or any other distribution using 56k modem. I'm not sure if the ISP supports Linux users has i've had no luck on connecting.

Yeah I have.

It informs you that the username or password is incorrect right?

If it does you need to change the authentification (I think its that setting) method from PAP to CHAP and it works just fine.

There,s only one option with those settings so you cant get it wrong.
