I have a Samsang Omnia Lite B7300. I want to connect to Internet through its wifi. Unfortunately its operation system is Micro$oft Windows phone 6.5.( Don't ask me why, because I didn't have enough money to buy a linux-support one)
anyway
How can I do this?
I use Grandfather DeBiAn (lenny stable)

Reason: Just for fun! ;-)
If I am not wrong you have wifi router and you want to connect to that wifi using your "Samsang Omnia Lite B7300".
Quote:
1. Press Start in the left hand corner of the display
2. Scroll down to Settings.Press to select.
3. In the Basic Settings menu, scroll down and press Network Settings.
4. Press Wi-Fi .
5. Press the icon in the centre of the screen to turn on Wi-Fi .
6. The central icon turns blue to indicate Wi-Fi is switched on, and the phone will search for any Wi-Fi network within
range and display them as icons on-screen ).
7. Press and drag the icon representing the Wi-Fi network to which you wish to connect onto the large icon in the middle
of the display. The phone will now attempt to connect to the network.
8. If the network is secure, you will be prompted to enter a Network key.
9. Using the keypad, type in the pre-defined network key pass-code for the Wi-Fi network.Press Done. You will now be
connected.
10. The icon representing the network will turn blue and a broken line between the Wi-Fi network and the central icon
indicates a connection is being made.
11. A message appears to confirm Wi-Fi network details. Press OK to continue.
12. Both the central icon and the Wi-Fi network icon tune blue, indicating that the Wi-Fi connection is working. You can
now launch the browser or use other online services using the Wi-Fi connection.
To turn Wi-Fi off, in the Wi-Fi menu, press the central blue icon.
You need to make sure that you don't have any active data connections open before connecting to wifi or the active data connection will stay open over the wifi.
