What is the make and model of your NAS? afp:// is used to connect to Apple shares using the Apple Filing Protocol. Does your NAS support afp? Gnome virtual filesystem (gvfs) does support afp but it does not look like gvfs-afp is installed.

You also have a smb:// on your recent server list, is 10.0.0.7 your NAS. smb is used to connect to SMB/CIFS windows shares or linux computers running samba. Have you tried connecting to your NAS using smb?
