Configuring Squid with acl but without configuring the navigator

Hello to every one, my name is Carlos and this is my first time on this forum, am software developer and have some years with linux, I use CentOs 7 on my laptop and in our bussiness Server, I have installed the squid proxy on the server and configured it to work as transparent proxy some time ago, recently we need to start blocking some apps like facebook and youtube to some users only but I can create ACLS on the transparent squid, do anybody knows how to work the squid normally but without the need to configure the navigaator, some users can work some days from the house and some days from office and is hard to be configuring and unconfiguring the proxy settings on the navigator

Thank you so much

Simple; you configure your VPN to route *ALL* traffic through the VPN tunnel, at which point any web traffic will pass through your existing squid server for filtering. So no matter where they're working, every machine is treated as if it's on your work network.
