configuring red hat 9.0 for server internet

I am intended to install linux red hat 9.0 as an internet server and i think this will be a verry good idea!!
but i need to know the configuration of the server which i can share my internet connection.
here my spec:

P.III 800 Mhz
RAM 256
Internet Connection using Cable Connection
And in the next month we intended to using VOIP

Where can I get such an information or tutorial to configure the server or someone in this forum could answer this question.

My deep appreciation if someone would respond this question
Thank you verry much indeed.

nb. this is my email : wignyo_2000@yahoo.co.uk
