Configuring Client to choose among 2 DHCP Servers

Hi,
I am configuring my linux machine for RIS Server, for which i have to configure my own RIS DHCP Server. I have another DHCP Server running in the same network. So how my RIS Client will identify the right DHCP? Is there a away to specify a DHCP Server on client side or some thing like prefer a specific DHCP Server??
My DHCP Server will be on centOS

If the second DHCP server does not have "authoritative" option and your one has, your's will be the main. But I think that server already has it.
You may also use 'reject x.x.x.x' option in your dhclient.conf, if you know the IP address of that server.
Maybe you'll find more information at dhclient.conf(5) man page.
