configuring bandwith limit on RH8

i have a firewall with squid cache proxy server. its red hat 8.

i allow some clients for web access and allow everyone for smtp and pop access. but i wanna limit their web access. cos i have a server that clients access from internet. but i dont know how to do that.. can u help me please

It's a bit tricky to do. You need to use iptables and tc.

i have already used iptables for firewall and SNAT to allow clients pop and smtp access.
