computers on my network

Is there a way to find out what other computer (iP address)
is connected to a router I am connecting to.

For example, my computer is connected to a routet and is assigned an
IP of 192.168.0.102. How do I find what other ips are on this router?

Note that I do not have an access to the router admin 192.168.0.1.

You can use nmap
Code:
nmap -sP -PI -PT 192.168.0.0/24
