computer hangs at boot time

my linux is hangs, when it boots, on several servicess: some times at numlock, some times at kheader or mysql.
This is the order of my init scripts in runlevel 3:
- S85httpd
- S85numlock
- S85proftpd
- S90crond
- S90mysql-max
- S91smb
- S95lheader
- S98devfsd
- S99local

I have no idea why is this happening. Maybe somebody knows.
