common directory for all sftp users

I have a small network with a desktop running CentOS 4.2 as the server. I want to configure sftp so that all users are 'jailed' to a common directory. I have searched for hours and cannot find any info, only how to jail to the users home directory. How can I do this? I am running OpenSSH and right now, I can sftp but only to the user's directory.

http://adamsworld.name/chrootjail5.php

And just point home directory to the same place, and set chroot directory to /home/chroot for example?
