commands to Add Users


How can i add a user using commands? and also i want this user to be a samba user so that i can use it when accessing from windows machine.

To add users, use the useradd command. With samba, there is a command called smbpasswd. Use this with the -a option to add users. Try man useradd and man smbpasswd for details.
