Comcast speed increase

I finally got comcast to work with my LNE100TX; golf clap; ok.

Is there a ipchain script that can block all incoming connections but keep the spped of the connections cool? I ahve two scripts for ipchains/NAT. Onbe workd good against connections while the others doesn't. The securew one slows down my link noticeabley, while the other keeps things fast. Does anyone know of script that has the best of both worlds?

Thnaks in advance.
