Each distro will have one packaged for a linux command-line console and for the gui..

If your question is as broad as it sounds though..
Do you want them written in C, C++, java, perl, python, awk, etc..?
or do you just want a prebuilt package? In which case your distros package manager will be able to be searched for keywords, eg "telnet"..
Each of the programming languages will have several telnet clients, so searching their sites and code repositories will find a lot of them..
Or even searching www.freshmeat.net or www.sourceforge.net will find some as well..
