clients can write to files but they cannot delete them

dear friends
i want give my samba users write permissions to the folder sothat they can create files in that but once the file is created, they cannot delete it.
As i know this is possible in Netware, is it possible in linux/ unix world?

samba permissions are basically unix permissions which means that if they are able to write they are able to delete
