Well, there's a couple options here:
1. Do you have other clients behind the pc/router? If not, or if you do and they can't get out either, you've probably got a problem with your NAT setup. If you don't have NAT (aka IP Masquerade) set up, that's why the client pc isn't working. A pc with a 10.*.*.* address can't communicate directly with anything on the internet, and needs NAT (Network Address Translation, known as Internet Connection Sharing in Windows) on the router. much longer one that can probably help you out. Also, a google search will probably get you a LOT of results.
2. If other clients (besides the pc/router) are working, there's something different between those clients and this one. It might be a firewall on the client PC, a configuration problem on the router, or something else I can't think of.
