Cisco 340 & RedHat 9

I am totally new at linux and have the following problem:

I installed RH 9 with a Microsoft MN-520 wifi card. Tries all the solutions but would not work. Decided to purchase a Cisco Aironet 340 as this seems to be a good card for Linux.

I plug it in the pcmcia slot. One light is blinking steadily green. I use Internet configuration wizard and it recognizes the card and also does actuall see my woreless network as it comes up with WRC_Network (my wifi) and chooses managed connection.

When I go to activate the connection this message appears:

Error For Wireless Request "Set Mode" (8B06): SET Failed on device eth0;
Error For Wireless Request "Set Encode" (8B2A): Invalid Argument "s:".

Any help would be great as I am getting frustrated here

Raven
