CIFS VFS: Send error in FindClose = -9

Hi,

My system never halts/reboots cleanly due to CIFS hanging. I checked my logs and they look like this:

What is all this and how do I resolve it?

Not even a hunch?

Can I go back to Samba? I only did CIFS because FC5 (or was it 6?) didn't seem to support it.
