chroot ssh user hiome directories

hi there,

i'm just wondering about using chrooted users with sshd.

questions:

1) will root be chrooted as well?
2) does anyone know of a good how-to for setting it up?
3) does it require any other software, or can it be done just using pam?
4) i'm using RHEL4 is it something that can be intalled via up2date
