check the log
My pc was connected to internet all the days,at night when I logged in tty1 it said just the last login was from an outside ip,how will I check what that logged user has changed ???

you can run a root kit checker like rkhunter or chkrootkit but unless you've already been sure to implement systems permitting state in time restores that they couldn't mess with you will never know for sure. best to reinstall...
