Hi, can anyone tell me the easiest (security totally irrelevant) way to access mail in pine, where the mail is stored on a different computer? I thought i could be cheeky and ln the samba mounted machines mail file to the /var/spool/mail directory on my machine, but some program took offense to that, renaming it as bogus!! any help? thanks
Chris

well, that's the current system... but if i'm not ssh'd to the remote machine, i still stupidly load pine, and get an empty inbox. Bit of a waste of a thread maybe, just after some ways to make linux more user friendly.
