CentOS

Is there anyone using CentOS 4.x? Any opinions as a all-round server (web/email/print/file)?

Cent OS and RedHat are the same.

If Red Hat is good on the server side, Cent OS too is.

I recently went to a CentOS server from Mandriva 10. It handles nfs, samba, web, email, mysql, ftp, ldap, dns, print server functions just fine. If you are looking for a distro with a long support cycle, CentOS is the way to go.
