CAT6 speed

Not really a linux question, but hey... I've heard, although not read anything to verify that CAT6 cable will be able to handle 10Gb speeds in the near future. Anyone know if this is true?

You can always go over. You can pull 1GB over 5e. You just dont get the distance and the forgiveness you get with shoddy cables and bad connectors.
