Cant get FC2 and Win XP to network

OK, in the past I've got XP and FC2 to network just fine. now for some reason after I reinstalled FC2 it doesn't want to see Xp on the network. and Xp doesn't see fc2.

After I installed fc2 I got the latest updates to samba, and configured my smb.conf file the same way I did it last time. and yes, I have samba start when I start the computer.

here is my samba.conf file : samba.conf

please help me!!!
