Cannot install Ethernet PCMCIA Card

Hello,

I'm trying to install the driver for a 10/100 Ethernet PCMCIA Card (U.S.Robotics) on my laptop that runs Red Hat 9.0. The driver did not come on the CD that came with the hardware. I downloaded the drivers for linux from the website and am trying to install it, but i keep getting the following error:

storage size of "rtl8139_pci_driver" isn't known.

Any hellp would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
gsv.
