Cannot connect to vncserver from a windows 7 machine

hello everybody,

I have followed this link to set up vnc server on fedora 20:

http://stufs4u.wordpress.com/2014/02...-in-fedora-20/

I've installed tigervnc viewer on a windows 7 machine and try to access the vncserver.

Unfortunately i see a grey windows with three checkbox:

- Accept clipboard from viewers
- Send clipboard to viewers
- Send primary selection to viewers

I've cheched the log file in ~.vnc/<machinename>:10.log, this is what i see:
