Cannot Access Samba From Windows Machines


I have a Redhat ES4 linux machine with a Samba server installed- samba-3.0.0-14.3E.The samba server is configured in a Windows 2000 Active Directory Domain.I can view the Samba Server in My Network Places, but I cannot Access it.I get an error message from Win XP clients saying "....You Might Not Have Permissions to Use this Network Resource....".I have followed all the instructions for configuring smb.conf


This is my smb.conf file

[global]
workgroup = dpm
netbios name = DPM3

printcap name = /etc/printcap
load printers = yes
log file = /var/log/samba/%m.log
max log size = 50
security level = user
encrypt passwords = yes
password server = None
smb password file = /etc/samba/smbpassword
socket options = TCP_NODELAY_SO_RCVBUF=8192 SO_SNBUF=8192
local master = no
username map = /etc/samba/smbusers
guest ok = yes
dns proxy = no

[homes]
comment = Home Directories
browseable = no
writeable = yes

[printers]
comment = All Printers
path = /var/spool/samba
browseable = no
printable = yes

[myshare]
comment = Trial Share
path = /home/share/
guest ok = yes
writeable = yes
printable = yes

[pchome]
comment = PC Directories
path = /usr/pc/%m
writeable = yes

Can you put an entry as
public = yes

I put public = yes under MyShare but no that doesn't do it

So at 1st I don't see that this config will work as clone of an Active Directory as it is configured currently.

And who should reach the share [myshare]?
Everyone or only users that own a password and have been added to smbpasswd?
If everyone should be able to access it check your linux permissions on that folder.
Cause a public share in /home isn't a good Idea.
