Can I give one network card two ip's?

I only have one network card with remote server software operating on it that requires a static ip address - let's say 192.168.0.1. I have other software that requires an ip address of 0.0.0.0 to work but the server software will not operate on an ip of 0.0.0.0. Can I show the server that's operating on 192.168.0.1 to also show up on ip 0.0.0.0?

I think you want "ip-aliasing":

I've never done this, so this answer is the best I can do.
