Can't send email. 5.7.1 relay error

Hi folks,

I have been using Linux for a while and even started using Gentoo a couple years ago. I have KDE 3.5 installed and use Mozilla for my browsing and email. This has worked for a long time but all of a sudden I can't send email with out a error. This is what I get:

Code:
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1
<whatever email address I am trying to send to> Relaying denied. Please
verify that your email address is correct in your Mail preferences and try
again.
I can get this to work most of the time with Kmail but I do get that error on occasion. Mozilla is consistant about giving me that error. I'm going to post a lot of info starting with what I have done so far.

I have installed a binary Mozilla. That removes any compiling issues. It's not a flag on my part at least.

I have renamed ~/.mozilla and set up a new account to test with. Same thing.

I have tried two different users, one for backup and one just to test this problem. I get the same error.

I have logged back into my old KDE 3.4 and still get the error.

I am on dial-up and have tried dialing different numbers as well. My ISP has had no complaints from anyone else so far, they say. They run Redhat Linux by the way. I am the only customer they have that runs Linux though. I can send to people that have accounts at my ISP. I can not send to anyone outside my ISP though. This started messing up a few nights ago and it is getting to be a pain.

I can surf the web with no problems. I can sync up, download files and RECEIVE emails but no sending with Mozilla and it is touchy with Kmail.

I did a search to see if I could find something but most threads are old and have things that I have already checked. I have screen shots of the errors I have been getting if someone would like me to email them to them.

Is this me or is my ISP having issues? Any ideas? I have tried every setting in the send mail portion of the setup and it doesn't help. I need ideas.

Thanks

I just sent two emails to the Gentoo lists. It went through fine. I can NOT send any email to my Yahoo account though or my brother who has a Bell South address. Is it possible that my ISP is blocking certain domains?

Thanks
