Can't send and receive mails in evolution
 

Hello, LQ. I am using ubuntu 9.04. I have configured Evolution on my laptop, but it is not working. I try to send the message, but I get following error:
"smtp.gmail.com" the server refused connection.
I have also set the proxy settings in network preferences.
Settings are as follows:
Receiving options:
server-type: POP
server: pop.gmail.com
user-name: yogesh.bhavsar1989@gmail.com
use secure connection: no encryption
Authentication type: password Check for supported types

Sending options:
server-type: SMTP
server: smtp.gmail.com
[checked] server requires authentication
use secure connection: No encryption
authentication: type-PLAIN Check for supported types
username: yogesh.bhavsar1989@gmail.com

Please tell me a solution on this.
