Ok, these are two things. The actual network card is that NVidia thing and AFAIK there is no free-as-in-speech driver around - but apparently NVidia provides a Linux driver.
The firewire card (which won't help you with your network but you can hook up your digital camcorder) needs a module ohci1394 - that's in the firewire section.
For the network driver, google around a bit, and you'll find the Nvidia-supplied thing. Maybe others know more about that card.
I presume that's ethernet integrated on the MoBo - which motherboard is it?
