Callback with pppd problem

Hello. I'm trying to configure pppd for using callback my ISP provided. But I have a problem. When modem dials to ISP connection terminated with message "Serial line is looped back". What's wrong? Here how I'm trying to configure:
1. I've created file /etc/ppp/chat-cbcp:
Code:
#!/bin/sh
#
# Request for callback
#
chat -V -s \
    ABORT "ERROR" \
    ABORT "NO DIALTONE" \
    TIMEOUT 5 \
    ""	"AT" \
    "OK" "ATZ" \
    "OK" "ATS7=\&C0\&D1"	\
    ABORT "BUSY" \
    ABORT "NO ANSWER" \
    ABORT "NO CARRIER" \
    ABORT "Login incorrect"	\
    "OK" "ATDT1126505" \
    TIMEOUT 30 \
    "CONNECT" "\\c" \
    TIMEOUT 10 \
    "rname:" "\\c"

exit 0
2. Then /etc/ppp/pap-secrets
Code:
login isp_tps password
3. /etc/ppp/options
Code:
modem
crtscts
asyncmap 0
4. /etc/ppp/options.cbcp
Code:
nodefaultroute
noipdefault
nodetach
nopersist
connect '/etc/ppp/chat-cbcp'
user login
remotename isp_tps
callback 1371616
5./etc/ppp/chat-dial
Code:
#!/bin/sh
#
# Dial for callback
/usr/sbin/pppd ttyS0 115200 file /etc/ppp/options.cbcp

# Answering...
chat -V -s \
    TIMEOUT 30 \
    ABORT "ERROR"	\
    "RING" ATA \
    "CONNECT"	"\\c"

if["$?" = "0"]; then
    exit 0
fi

exit 1
6. /etc/ppp/options.dial
Code:
defaultroute
noipdefault
connect '/etc/ppp/chat-dial'
user login
remotename isp_tps
And finally I use this command to call: /usr/sbin/pppd ttyS0 115200 file /etc/ppp/options.dial

Thank you.

P.S. I have U.S.Robotics external 56K modem installed on Slackware Linux 10.0
