call graph for aodv protocol


How to generate call graph for aodv protocol which is used in Ns-2 ?
I have aodv files such as aodv.cc aodv.h and other can i generate a call graph from this file?
I am using ubuntu 12.04

doxygen and graphviz will do the trick
