Angry Call Back

I have a windows 2000 in the office connected to the internet and configured for call back. Am using Linux Mandrake 9.2 in another office and I need to connect to my internet pc via modem I have checked almost everything in my mandrake but in vain. Is there a way to configure my KPPP or any software to initiate a call back?
