Burst drop network emulator for testing FEC

I want to test an transmitter with FEC(Forward error correction) function.

--Test image--
sender receiver
|transmitter A|---|linux server|--|transumitter B|
--------------

I need network emulator that can drop packets specific successive packets for testing FEC.

I tested "netem".
But , I could not set burst packet length.

Do you know how to set it "netem" or other good network emulator for testing FEC.

Generator control packet length, or you. The neterm control delay, loss, mis order and so on.

If neterm is not netem, Please show me link.
I couldn''t find neterm.

I tested netem. I confirmed netem can drop packet.
But netem's drop rule is random model.
I want to drop packet by uniform.

Packet drop controls by tc command. You can specify packet type in tc command. Just searching traffic control.
