Building a parallel processing system with a few 120MHz 16MB machines on Red Hat 7.0
Hi,
I'v found some old machines (five for now) with the following specs.
Speed: 120MHz
RAM: 16MB
HDD: 4.3GB
Basic Harware with network cards
I'v installed Red Hat 7.0 on each machine.
I'v a newbee to linux and want to make a parrallel procesing system with these.
Basicaly i want the system to be able to share the load and execute programs / perform math operations optimally.
For now I dont hav a switch or hub, so I want to start with just two machines. (I think it shud be possible with a simple cross cable)
But I dont hav the faintest idea how to start out.
Any suggestions????
Regards,
vhasun
