browse XP network from Konqueror
 

All my XP machines can access my shared folders in Linux, but I can't see any of the shared folders on the XP machines from the Linux machine....

I want to use Konqueror just like Explorer....

Try the url smb:/ and see if it shows the network. You can also direct it at specific machines or ip addresses by typing smb://<compname>/ in the address bar.
