Ok, you need to be slightly more specific.
Let's start from scratch:
1. What kind of connection is it (wired/wireless)?
2. Are you using a router?
2. Does your system recognise your network card(s)?
What's the output of: ifconfig

btw, in most cases it would just be a matter of just plugging in a network cable

Also, it would be advisable to ugrade to or install Fedora 11

1. it is a wired connection
2.yes wifi is there
3.yes i have 2 network cards
and the output of ifconfig is 192.168.1.151


where i can get fedora 11 dvd in pune.

You can download Fedora 11 here.

What about a router? Are you using one?
Try to use system-config-network and tick to assign your IP and DNS automatically (dhcp).

What's the output of:
1.

ping 192.168.1.151
(your address)
2.
Code:
 ping google.com
