bridge 2 NIC


i have 2 NIC's.
how can i set up a bridge beween both the cards so that i can use on IP
for both the cards..
something similar to windows XP..

i am running Fedora Core 3..

You need to have bridge support in your kernel.
Then you need the user space module : bridge-utils

There is a HOWTO file in it that should explain in a few lines how to set it.
