Booting via TFTP using NFS file system

hi,
I have problem with tftp...
I have the setup like...evaluation board kit is connected to PC via serial port and connected to LAN through ethernet connector.

i did following steps:
1. export shared file systems for target board.
2. tested shared file systems.
3. also i have checked one example on board.
4. then i build the linux kernel.
5. i have created image file for this kernel...
file name as "uImage"
6. I have copied this file into /tftpboot dir
7. then i start the U-boot shell for board by running minicom
8. set the enviorment variables as...

baudrate=115200
root=/dev/nfs=nfsroot=$ (nfshost):$ (rootpath) ,nolock mem=120M
boorargs=root=/dev/nfs
rootpath=/home/pmuley/workdir/filesys/
nfshost=172.25.0.111
bootargs=console=ttyS0,115200n8 noinitrd rw ip=dhcp root=/dev/nfs nfsroot=172.25.0.111:/home/pmuley/workdir/filesys/,nolock mem=120M
serverip=172.25.0.111
bootcmd=dhcp;bootm
stdin=serial
stdout=serial
stderr=serial
ethaddr=00:0e:99:02:52:96
videostd=ntsc
ip_addr=172.25.0.67
bootfile=/tftpboot/uImage

also i have checked with my PC that nfs,dhcp and tftp services enabled.

i am using fedora core 5 on my PC.

then i run the command "boot" at shell
so i get.....

BOOTP broadcast 1
DHCP client bound to address 172.25.0.67
