Bluetooth Problem...
 
ok well it was working, and i unplugged my BT dongle to take to a friends house, i come home plug it back into the same usb and now whe i try to send something to my phone it says "Error connecting transport" what does that mean, and how do i fix it?

Did you try stopping Bluetooth and related services, modprobe -r on the necessary modules, plugging in the device, then restarting Bluetooth and related services (in that order)?

I'm having the same problem on my Kubuntu Dapper. I can send files from phone to PC just fine. But if i try to send from PC to phone i just get "Error connecting transport". What's that all about?
