blocking everything but email and web browsing with webmin?

I am using slackware 10.2 with webmin. I am trying to block all traffic on our network except port 80 traffic and email. I would like to use the ACL's in Squid, but I am open to suggestions. I really like using the ACL's in squid, but I have not been able to block what I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i think you should try iptables.

Never used Webmin to a real extent, only played with it briefly. To allow only email and web, basically you need to use iptables (or something in Webmin) to block all ports and then open 25, 80, 110 and 143. That will allow SMTP, HTTP, POP3 and IMAP :)

Might also need to open port 443 for https traffic.

Just my 2 cents :)
