I typed the netstat -a command in while the chat programs were on.

But now i need to know the ipchains command for blocking the ports and which ports to block (cant understand the output of netstat very well, Newbie) I think the ports or 1863, 6669 and 5190.
My setup is :-
Eth0 = LAN
Eth1 = Cable modem
kernal 2.2.18
Redhat 7
Its just 1 user with the IP 192.168.0.3 i want to block at certain times.
